This is my 3rd comment but this seriously did something for me in a good way! My last paper cut was after we broke up but I was still living there. We were talking about mental health which is something I struggle with. He was talking coldly about one of his relatives who has a more severe case of mental health. The words "how is her mental health my problem?!" Still ring in the back of my mind and the darkness in his eyes still gives me chills to this day. It's the same feeling and look I received when I had panic attacks. I never saw it until I looked at him when he spoke about his relative.
