This!! I realized this a few months ago and asked myself “wait, is this just another hype or mass manipulation?” I’m slowly realizing that living and spirituality is meant to be experienced individually. It has to resonate and being honest is a part of that. I too tried to follow all the methods and my inner dialogue but I got engulfed in it way too much and now I’m homeless or a nomad depends on my mood of the day and I’m trying to get to a place where I feel at peace and at home.
