Here’s the trick, I gave her a dose of fun and engagement without the pressure. She thinks she’s going at her own pace but in reality, I’m in control. I’ve gotten more things done than I ever have.
I know exciting right? ADHD doesn’t like overwhelm or pressure so I designed a goal tracker that heralds no weight. It's fun, short, and digestible! It even has a catchy title!
I don’t know what’s happening with my brain, but she’s been on a drive (not hyperdrive), and she’s pacing herself and coming into focus.
