I love the honest opinion about the industry. It's helping me as I want to go into a particular niche. I've been back and forth about "training" because the ego of humanity looks for that validation and credability as a reassurance that one "knows" what they are doing. Personally I feel life coaching is based on personal experience in a particular area which gives the knowledge needed to mentor or coach in that area. I also believe further education in your area is helpful as long as you absorb the necessary parts. This article was insightful and raw 👏🏾
