Hyperfocus, hyperdrive, screeching halt, corner cry! Does this sound familiar my fellow neurodivergents? Yup, the infamous loop of unfinished projects and the feeling of defeat. However, I am here to tell you where there’s a will there’s a way, and ADHD be damned we gonna achieve some goals!

I decided to have a chat with my brain after tackling her rabbit hole diving behind to the ground and asked, “What can we do to achieve some goals!” Of course, she laughed mockingly as to say “When have we ever finished what we started?”

This got me wondering about my way of thinking and how I could manipulate the ping-pong surges and deviations that happen when I try to execute a project. But I knew it had to be simple yet effective.

For the past few months, I have been creating a lot of content from writing projects to YouTube videos and even balancing my personal wellness. One of the contributing factors is the utilization of a planner/tracker. Yes, the thing that we alternative thinkers struggle to keep consistent. However, all is not lost if you add a little razzle, dazzle, mindfulness, and alleviate the pressure.
