Hey Florida, did I miss the money-making boat?

I’ve been in Florida for almost a year now and maybe it’s me or because I have more time to stare out my SUV window but do Floridians have accounts at Gringotts?

I have never seen so many high-end vehicles, pretty decent homes, and people eating at adequately established restaurants in drones in all my life. Now mind you I’ve only been bouncing between St Petersburg and Gainesville, one known for its more upscale city life and the other a college town but still, what the heck?!

I am originally from Philadelphia and while yes we are also a popular city I don’t remember seeing high-end cars at every waking turn lined up like a dealership showroom.

Is it because Florida is known to be the “retirement” state? I honestly beg to differ as I see folks under 40 driving sports cars that look custom made.

So here’s my question, what the fudge nugget do all of you do for a living because last I checked not all 9–5’s are made the same? At least, not where I’m from and I doubt (yes I’m going there) that most of you sling rock if you catch my drift.

I’m serious! What is the secret to this lavish and seemingly financially secured lifestyle? Is there a secret society cause I want in or at least a 101 course on how to make a dollar out of 15 cents!

“If you don’t know ask!” Well damn it, I’m asking to be some rich business mastermind protégé!

Thanks for reading
